About Hire My Minutes
Hire My Minutes is a simple idea: your time is the most valuable thing you own. Instead of letting free minutes disappear, you can trade them for help, support, or micro-earnings — one small job at a time.
It’s not just another task platform. It’s built around time, flexibility, and human connection. Jobs can be tiny (10–20 minutes) or a few hours, but they must always be legal, safe, and respectful.
Where it started
Hire My Minutes began in Canberra, Australia, as a thought while working regular jobs and realising how often people say: “I wish I had someone to help with this, just for a bit,” or “I have time, but no shifts and no way to earn from these spare hours.”
The idea was to create a small, human marketplace where:
- People who need help can post honest, clear jobs.
- People with spare time can earn without needing a full shift or contract.
- Both sides agree on terms together — no one is forced, and everyone can say no.
Built for workers first
Most platforms are designed mainly for the people buying services. Hire My Minutes is trying to balance that. It respects the worker’s:
- Time – you choose how many minutes or hours you want to offer.
- Energy – you only accept jobs you’re comfortable with.
- Voice – you can negotiate your rate, not just accept whatever is given.
Good for people who need help too
Life gets busy, messy, and overwhelming. Sometimes you don’t need a full-day service — you just need:
- Someone to move a few boxes or furniture.
- A friendly ear to talk to when things feel heavy.
- Quick tech help for your phone, laptop, or printer.
- Support with basic tasks, errands, or company for an appointment.
Hire My Minutes aims to make it normal to ask for that kind of help without feeling guilty or weird.
What Hire My Minutes is not
To keep everyone safe, Hire My Minutes does not support:
- Illegal or unsafe activities of any kind.
- Violence, hate, discrimination, or harassment.
- Self-harm assistance or anything that risks someone’s wellbeing.
- Escort services or explicit adult content.
Founder: Hitesh Bhatt (bhattey)
A tech enthusiast and support worker who believes in human connections, laughter, and small actions that make daily life easier. Hire My Minutes started as a late-night idea and slowly turned into a project to respect people’s time — workers and clients both.
This is just the beginning. The vision is to grow from Canberra to the rest of Australia, and one day, to anyone in the world who wants to trade minutes with kindness and honesty.
